ECONOMIST THOMAS BOYLE, WAS THE MODERATE
DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN THE '08
election cycle. His conclusions are based on economic models
applied to this medical crisis. He is named after his Uncle Thomas
Shaughnessy, who died in the 1918 Pandemic at the age of three on
the family farm in Mason City Iowa.
Mr. Boyle reflected, " My grandfather was so overcome by the
death of his son, he went down to the basement and smashed all
the canning jars. My mother said she could hear him sobbing from
his uncontrollable grief. I am reminded of that pandemic every
time I sign my name. I am named for my grandfather and his dead
son, Thomas."
BOYLE: SWINE FLU 'IMMUNITY MYSTERY' HOPE FOR AMERICANS
Date: Wed, 28 Apr 2009 14:46:06 +0000
BOYLE: SWINE FLU 'MYSTERY' , NO IMMUNITY TO BAD WATER MAY SPARE AMERICANS DEATH
VICTIMS IMMUNE TO MEXICO BAD WATER LESS LIKELY TO SURVIVE INFECTION
( Burlington, WI. ) "Immunity to Bad Mexican water plus the swine virus is fatal to healthy Mexicans. Deaths result from healthy
immune systems over reacting to the swine virus." says Economist Thomas Boyle according to his analysis of the numbers. "The
perplexing swine flu mystery is presently, the real young and the old are recovering from the swine virus flu, while the mid
range age group between 20 and 50 are not. That group supposedly has the strongest immune system and should be able to fight
it."
"This strange contradiction may benefit Americans by saving lives, offer hope and serve to calm world financial markets."
"Most Americans can not drink the water in Mexico.
We are not immune to the bacteria in it.
It gives us dysentery. Mexicans who have built up a tolerance to this bacteria in the water, are now the most susceptible
to death. Their immune system is overreacting to the presence of the swine virus. They drown in the fluids in their lungs."
says Boyle, the Moderate Democratic economist who ran for President in the 2008 election cycle.
"It seems a contradiction: what has been keeping people alive from the bacteria in their drinking water, namely the antibodies
they have built up in their immune system, is now causing the over reaction of the immune system to the swine virus that is
killing them." Mr. Boyle said.
"Economists are trained to deal with complex problems, contradictions, over reactions. and make predictions." said Boyle.
"My analysis of these numbers offers hope for America. It indicates countries with cleaner water will fair better through
the Mexican Swine Virus Flu than countries with poor sewerage treatment and dirty drinking water. The differential in the
immune system response may save Americans. People in countries with bad drinking water have developed something in their immune
systems which reacts overwhelmingly with the swine virus. People who come from clean drinking water countries do not have
this element in their immune systems which reacts so violently with the Mexican swine virus. Their bodies have a better chance
of fighting it."
"What is in the water determines what kind of immune system a human body develops.
We must ask the question: Is it the bacteria in the drinking water that is combining with the swine virus which is causing
the over reaction of the immune system and death? Or, is it the antibodies already present in the immune system built up there
to fight the dirty water which is causing the over reaction of the immune system when it comes in contact with the swine virus?"
"Is it the bacteria and the virus combining or the antibodies over-fighting the virus that is the causing the fluid build
up in the lungs and the drowning deaths?."
Mr. Boyle asks, "If we give Flu victims clean, water will that save them?"
"How come people with weak immune systems, the very young and old have a better chance of survival than healthy adults?
We have to find some way to turn off the extreme immune system response that is causing the over reaction in the human body
that is killing people, if that is the case."
"Some precautions to take," Boyle suggests, "boiling drinking water and wiping down everything touchable with Windex. Bar
tenders and food servers should keep their fingers off the lip of coffee cups, shot glasses, martini glasses, and beer mugs.
Going to a tavern to find solace is no place a patron should pick up a fatal disease." Boyle cautioned. "Doctors should stop
shaking hands with patients. Placing handy wipes and paper napkins near all rest room door handles should be mandatory."
Thomas Boyle continued, "A goal of The Federal Government should be to clean up the air in airplanes and in these dangerous
times require passengers to wear masks."
"Third world countries have grown to depend on Windex, some spray it on jelly fish stings.
Windex may come to their rescue again in this crisis.
My uncle Thomas Shaughnessy died from the 1918 pandemic. I have studied this subject for a long time. That is where the Thomas
comes from in my own name, Thomas Boyle." Boyle concluded.
Boyle wants 'limit down' rules for Wall Street Slide
Burlington, Wisc. ~~~ Thomas Boyle, the Write-In moderate Democrat for President, called for the use of the ' limit down
' rule on the stock exchanges to stop the down ward price spiral on Wall Street.
Mr. Boyle explained, "With the limit rule, the price of a stock can only go down so far in one day, after that trading
is halted until the next trading session. They do it on commodity markets for farm prices like corn and wheat, why not do
it on Wall Street.?"
"The rule could be tied to the price of an individual stock or keyed to an Index, " Boyle said. "We have to stop the slaughter
of stock values. A simple rule change might at least slow it down until cooler heads prevail."
Thomas Boyle studied Economics at Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, learned government as a Capitol Page
in the US House of Representatives in Washington, and worked on the Mercantile Commodity Exchange in Chicago. The former Real
Estate Broker is running as a write-in candidate on the bottom line write-in line of the presidential ballot this November.
Mr. Boyle is a moderate Democrat who is trying to regain his party back. Presidentboyle.com is the website
My name is Boyle. Thomas Boyle
You don't know me
I am running for the Democratic nomination
to be the President of our great Nation
I went to Congress at a very young age
I learned how Washington works
I was a Page.
Pages sit in the back of the chamber
They listen to speeches from every member.
You learn how the laws are made
How you get things done.
Can someone become president
who started out so young?
I know Washington can be a lonely place.
Leaders are born. You can't make one
My Mother tried that with her oldest son
He wasn't a leader he could never be one
I was the second son
I was the one
who made all the decisions
Led the family through the dark hours
After my father was killed in a car accident
I led them all through it.
I was the one they could count on
With common sense and fair treatment.
I was the one who led them
My little brothers and sisters
The older ones and my mother as well.
Leaders are born you can't make one
The leader is not necessarily the olest son
I had seven brothers and sisters to take care of
That is a big job for a young man.
If you are born a leader
You have to pray to God to face your destiny.
To do the best job you can.
I used to sing songs after congress adjourned.
There is an Eagle in the ceiling
I would sing to the eagle
No one would hear me
There were no people
I always wanted to be a song writer
Now I am putting music to words
I call them 'speech songs'.
It is easieir to remember things
When you put music to words
That is what President Boyle will do with the schools
Everyone learns differently
No one is a fool.
We will use rhythm and music as a learning tool.
Put the fun back into our schools.

The Lake Dellton Damn collapse
President Boyle will stop Lake Dellton damn collapses with emergency spillway upgrades and refurbished levees
Thomas Boyle, the democratic nominee wanna-be in the August convention, traveled to flooded Saulk county Wisconsin
to find out the causes of the Lake Dellton Damn collapse and determine what the federal government should do to prevent such
accidents in the future."
Mr. Boyle said, " The people I talked to said the Lake Dellton damn appeared to be tilting for twenty years before it let
go." Mr. Boyle commented, "If that is the case, the accident is a man made sin of omission. It should have been repaired or
replaced, earlier."
"The expert I spoke to, " Boyle continued, "indicated there are hundreds of these old damns, built a hundred years ago
for mills that are not equipped with the emergency spillways to handle the over flow of heavy rain. We have to find them and
fix them. After Katrina it was clear our levees were in need, also."
Mr. Boyle stated. " If I get the democratic nomination this August and the presidency in November, President Boyle will
ask congress to appropriate money to bring these old damns and levees up to code and, also, put detour lights on freeways
to keep motorists from driving into disaster traffic jams because they were not warned of the danger ahead of time. There
were people trapped in a snow storm for twenty hours this last winter on that very high way for lack of timely warning. We
have to handle the flow of water and traffic better. There is no excuse in this day of instant communication."
Mr. Boyle commented, "In a happy surprise on my North woods fact finding tour, I saw my first live bear. I must say, it
was a scraggly looking thing. It appeared to be wearing, something you would see in a "B" Hollywood movie where they were
cutting corners on the costume budget."
Maybe the bear was moulting. But for me, it looked like a guy in a Halloween costume that looked so fake in the movies
when I saw it, and still fake when I saw it for real from the safety of my car that I thought it was the same guy playing
the bear part in the "B" movie. For an instant I asked myself, what is this guy doing up here in the North woods? LOL
Mr. Boyle observed, "I apologize to all bears. I am no bear expert. The ones I am used to seeing, are wearing uniforms
and helmets at Soldiers Field on Sunday afternoons in Chicago playing football. This poor four hundred pounder looked like
he had just played the New York Giants in last year's Super Bowl and was still dizzy from the experience. Maybe, he just woke
up. That is what America has to do, too."
Boyle concluded, "We can not cut corners when it comes to public safety. Our damns, levees and bridges must be repaired
for people and bears."
